Cooking Instructions:
For best results, thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking.
Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the lobster tails down the center and brush with olive oil or butter. Grill the tails for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the meat is opaque and firm.
Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and season with garlic, herbs, or lemon. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
Boiling/Steaming: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red, and the meat is tender and opaque.
Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to cook. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before preparing. Do not refreeze after thawing.
