We buy these bagels consistently every 3-4 weeks, this purchase none of the bags were frozen, they were all warm at delivery. Kind of grossed us out.

Sandwiches were ok, not great. Very few meatballs. And the kit says it makes 12 sandwiches, however, they only send 6 pieces of bread. Even if there was 12 pieces of bread there wouldn't be enough meatballs/itallian beef to make all 12 sandwiches. Meatballs and stallion beef was all used up on the 6 pieces of bread.
