Endless Market Return Policy

At Endless Market, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, due to the nature of some of our products, certain restrictions apply to our return policy. Please read the following information carefully.

1. General Return Policy

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Some products, particularly perishable items, are non-returnable (see sections below).

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for ambient products.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Ambient Products

• Eligible for Return: Ambient products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-Eligible Items: Opened or used items, and products marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

3. Refrigerated and Frozen Products

• No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of refrigerated and frozen products, we do not accept returns for these items. All sales of refrigerated and frozen products are final.

• Quality Assurance: We take great care in packaging and shipping refrigerated and frozen products to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. If you believe there is a quality issue or if the product was damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

• Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct item is shipped to you at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item (for ambient products), it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item received.

• Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
