In 1992, our founder, Amy Kurzawski, pioneered the chicken sausage category. She’d been working by her grandfather’s side in the family’s traditional sausage company, and she saw an opportunity to make a healthier product to meet the growing interest in more healthful foods.

Today, our product lineup includes over 50 flavors of chicken sausages, burgers and meatballs. All of our products are made from simple, all-natural ingredients. And of course we’re ABF with no nitrates or nitrites.
