- Salmon fillet, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley
- Season fillet with salt and pepper. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat, add salmon skinless side down, sear ~4 min per side. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.

- Salmon fillet, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, black pepper
