Classic Grass-Fed Burger
- Beef patty, hamburger bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, condiments
- Season the patty with salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Toast the bun and assemble with toppings and condiments.
Patty Melt on Rye
- Beef patty, rye bread, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, butter
- Cook the patty and set aside. Sauté onions until soft. Butter the rye bread, layer cheese, patty, onions, more cheese, then grill until golden brown.

- Cooked patty (crumbled), mixed greens, black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, cheddar, salsa-ranch dressing
